We determine each individual’s treatment plan based on a holistic evaluation and evidence rather than on what an insurance company deems appropriate without medically backed evidence.

Choice of Provider.

You are allowed to choose your therapist without insurance companies telling you who you can and cannot choose. We cannot wait to work with you and/or your circle and family and allow our clients to become a FUNCTIONAL BREATHER, EATER, and COMMUNICATOR.

Payment Options & Reimbursement

Credit, debit, and cash are accepted. Payment Is made through our patient portal.

After you submit payment to Fx Therapies, we will provide session notes that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
