We are currently looking for:

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Position

  • Independent Contractor (flexible hours available)

  • In-office, school-based, community-based, and/or teletherapy opportunities

  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to build your own caseload

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with sensory, fine motor, self-regulation, feeding, and developmental needs

  • Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals

  • Collaborate with speech therapists, families, physicians, educators, and community providers

  • Complete timely documentation and maintain professional communication

  • Support family education and home carryover strategies

  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and community-centered programming

Preferred Areas of Interest/Experience or interest in:

  • Sensory regulation

  • Feeding therapy

  • Emotional regulation

  • Reflex integration

  • Fine motor development

  • Executive functioning

  • Self-care skills

  • Primitive reflexes

  • Collaborative airway/orofacial development approach

  • Whole-child wellness and family-centered care

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License

  • Pediatric experience preferred

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for relationship-based and functional therapy

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment

Lactation Consultants (IBCLC)

Position Type

  • Independent Contractor (flexible hours available)

  • In-office, home-based, community-based, and/or virtual consultation opportunities

  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to build your own caseload

  • Opportunities to collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, pediatric providers, and community partners

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive lactation and infant feeding assessments

  • Support breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, supplementation, and weaning goals

  • Evaluate feeding challenges including latch difficulties, milk transfer concerns, nipple pain, low milk supply, bottle refusal, and infant weight gain concerns

  • Develop individualized feeding plans and family-centered recommendations

  • Provide caregiver education, coaching, and ongoing support

  • Collaborate with speech therapists, physicians, pediatric dentists, ENTs, and other healthcare providers

  • Complete timely documentation and maintain professional communication

  • Support pre- and post-frenectomy families as appropriate

  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and community-centered programming

Preferred Areas of Interest

  • Experience or interestBreastfeeding and chestfeeding support

  • Infant feeding development

  • Oral function and tethered oral tissues (tongue ties)

  • Pre- and post-frenectomy support

  • Bottle refusal and bottle feeding

  • Pumping and milk supply management

  • Premature and NICU graduates

  • Maternal wellness and postpartum support

  • Collaborative airway and orofacial development approach

  • Whole-family wellness and education

Qualifications

  • Current IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) certification preferred

  • Lactation counseling and infant feeding experience preferred

  • Strong communication and caregiver coaching skills

  • Passion for relationship-based and functional care

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment
